We only ship to Australia unless other individual arrangements are set in place.  Shipping and handling fees are kept to a minimum where possible. A shipping fee applies for orders:

$10 for all orders under $100

FREE for all orders over $100

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post.  If there is any delay in production we will let you know.

There will be a Tracking Number included in your notification of postage and the parcel can be tracked via the Australia Post website.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.  Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We understand that Australia Post strive to ensure all packages are handled with care, however, on occasion glassware can be damaged. Unfortunately as this is out of our control we are unable to replace your items but if this does occur please email us so we are aware.
